Roshan Koonja is Group Chief Information & External Affairs Officer at Constance Hospitality Management Ltd., a luxury hospitality group listed on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius with operations spanning nine countries across the Indian Ocean, the Maldives, and beyond. He chairs the group’s IT Steering Committee and leads its technology strategy — including a group-wide agentic AI programme that has cut reservation quote turnaround from 30–45 minutes to under 2 minutes, alongside PMS platform architecture, cybersecurity governance, and a significant reduction in cyber-risk exposure — bringing nearly three decades of technology leadership in international luxury hospitality to the role.

Beyond Constance, Roshan is Chairman of the Mauritius Digital Promotion Agency (MDPA), a statutory body under the Ministry of ICT, where he oversees national initiatives including the MAUSIGN digital-trust certification authority and the KOREK national super-app adoption programme.
